We operate on a 10 day NO CANCELLATION policy. Cancellations for emergencies etc. are at the sole discretion of Belle Starre Carriages. (See cancellation and refund policies when making your reservation) If we cancel a nights rides, for inclement weather or safety conditions, you will be contacted by phone on the day of the ride and no charges will apply. Please make sure the contact phone # is a cell that you will have with you. We will of course offer you the opportunity to reschedule your ride subject to availability at no extra charge.
NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE OF YOUR RESERVATION.

If for some other reason you need to reschedule your ride, we will try to accommodate you, but all such reschedules are subject to availability and a $30.00 reschedule fee. Reschedules must be at least 10 days prior to the original date of your ride to give us the opportunity to rebook the time.

If we are late in starting a ride you will still get your full ride. However, if you are late, your ride will be the length of time that is remaining. We will make every effort to get to the highlights and only shorten where necessary.
